(Isis, the Egyptian symbol of the eternal, divine feminine within all religious traditions throughout antiquity)
(The Bhavachakra or Wheel of Becoming, a psychological map of varying states of being, consciousness, or mind in relation to the multidimensionality of the universe)
There are facts, cosmic and geological events, that are worthwhile to study in these treatises of Gnostic anthropology. There is no doubt that Gnostic, scientific anthropology unveils all veils related with the origin of the human being and the universe. ―Samael Aun Weor, Gnostic Anthropology |
Gnostic Anthropology and CosmologyThe scientific, religious, artistic, and philosophical achievements of antiquity have preserved, to some degree, various personal testimonies of divine truths. However, due to their cryptic symbolism within architecture, sculpture, music, and poetry, their true meaning has eluded anthropologists uninitiated into such mysteries.
Ancient cultures always knew that to realize divinity, it is necessary to awaken our latent potential and discover our relationship with the universe. The Greek κόσμος cosmos signifies any given structure, order, unity, or existence composed of living beings, not only within the physical world, but also other dimensions, times, and spaces. The direct experience of such realities is known by the Greek word γνῶσις gnosis, the objective verification of states beyond our current, limited perception. As many world religions and scriptures have documented, humanity originated from a divine source beyond the reach of our terrestrial senses. Just as materialistic science possesses technical procedures for empirical investigation, likewise the esotericist possesses technical procedures through which one can objectively investigate the hidden, spiritual causes of phenomena. By developing our capacity to expand consciousness, we may learn to investigate the root causes and secret histories of humanity beyond physical experience. A Gnostic anthropologist, therefore, studies ancient civilizations with an awakened consciousness, one that knows how to acquire direct knowledge of humanity’s multidimensional origins beyond the limitations of the mind. By awakening mystical cognition, spiritual practitioners transcend limited world views and materialistic dogmas: the belief that only the physical senses can provide true and reliable information. For as C. W. Leadbeater indicated: “It is one of the commonest of our mistakes to consider that the limit of our power of perception is also the limit of all that there is to perceive.” Through conscious, interior investigation, Gnostic anthropologists can correctly interpret the profound contributions of ancient societies, since anthropology is the relationship between Άνθρωπος anthropos (the human being) and λόγος logos (the Word or God). Therefore, genuine anthropology seeks to describe not only ancient beliefs, religious systems, histories, and cosmogonies, but also how to practically unite the true human being with divinity. |
Introduction to Gnostic Anthropology and CosmologyMillions venerate the profound architectural and artistic achievements of the ancient world: the Egyptian, Aztec, and Mayan pyramids; the immaculate sculptures of Greece and Rome; the sacred Buddhist iconography of India, China, and Tibet, and countless other marvels. While such artifacts testify to the cultural, historical, and religious legacy of their creators, they also convey the secret teaching of all ages: how to unite the consciousness with the divine through the four pillars of science, mysticism, art and philosophy. Discover also the metaphysical basis of humanity’s origins, trajectory, and potential.

Consciousness and Our Multidimensional UniverseEsoteric science begins where empirical science ends: through the objective development of spiritually-illuminated consciousness. This is in order to investigate mystical phenomena as cited throughout Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, and other religions. Learn about perception, time, the spatial sense and the science behind conscious investigation, the laws governing the multidimensionality of the cosmos, and the role of science's enigmatic ether. This lecture refers to the writings of Albert Einstein, the 14th Dalai Lama, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, and others, discussing various modes of cosmic energy known as Akasha and the Tattvas (elemental principles) of nature.

The Transmigration of Souls"I died as a mineral and became a plant, I died as plant and rose to animal, I died as animal and I was Man. Why should I fear? When was I less by dying? Yet once more I shall die as Man, to soar With angels blest; but even from angelhood I must pass on: all except God doth perish. When I have sacrificed my angel-soul, I shall become what no mind e'er conceived. Oh, let me not exist! for Non-existence Proclaims in organ tones, To Him we shall return." ―Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi
This lecture discusses reincarnation, the law of karma, and the manifestation of the divine in accordance with practical, spiritual works. Learn how the soul migrates through its many experiences throughout different forms of matter, energy and consciousness, and what laws we need to work with in order to escape suffering. This lecture also discusses the manifestation of the soul (psyche) as depicted in Gnosis, Greece, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Kabbalah, and many other scriptures and texts. |
