Every person has experienced moments of authenticity, whether in the creative, professional, artistic, social, personal, or familial domains. All of us know, have been taught, and are encouraged to be our true self, so that we can optimize the deepest, most meaningful, and fulfilling relationships. Such instances are characterized by great novelty, inspiration, and joy. However, when we grasp at or attempt to repeat what makes them powerful and unique, such states often evaporate and flee like smoke.
What many ignore is that such qualities of being can be intentionally cultivated, developed, and mastered through proven techniques, based on observable and repeatable facts. Such realizations need not be temporary or accidental, but can be accessed consciously, whenever needed, at will.
